Yellow Lines Scatter Pink Confetti
Dopamina
Two overlapping circuits of dark crimson enclose a third, interior form - a loop pressed against itself until containment becomes indistinguishable from rupture. Finch's working method leans on the early automatist drawings of Matta, where the hand traces architectures of interior space without the permission of the conscious eye. The layering here is not additive but contradictory: each closed line undermines the one beneath it, producing a figure that is simultaneously womb, wound, and cartographic accident. Redness is not incidental; it implicates the body before the mind can object.
